SA Earns Highest Honor Roll Designation for AP Program

AP School Honor Roll Platinum Logo

Saint Andrew’s has earned Platinum recognition on the 2023 AP School Honor Roll, the highest possible designation. The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP programs deliver results and broaden student access.

SA exceeded the Platinum percentage goals in all three categories:

  • 85% of seniors taking at least one AP exam during high school

  • 50% scoring a three or higher on at least one AP exam

  • 44% taking five or more AP exams with at least 1 taken in grade 9 or 10

Schools can earn the Honor Roll recognition annually based on their ability to increase their school’s college-going culture by providing opportunities for students to earn college credit and by maximizing college readiness.

SA offers 27 AP courses in various subjects, including math, science, English, social studies, design technology, visual arts, and world languages. Last year, 56 sections of AP courses were taught by 24 teachers.

SA’s AP program is just one example of the school’s commitment to academic excellence.
